School building with day-care center, gymnasium and swimming-pool
Three elongated structures occupy and divide the area into readable open spaces with green and paved recreational areas. The primary school to the north forms the urban conclusion to Graf-von-Stauffenberg-Allee, the gymnasium and swimming hall mark the western edge of the schoolyard.

The entrance area is located between the primary school and gymnasium leading to the large schoolyard. The children's day-care center, located to the south of the gymnasium and swimming-pool, is oriented with its group units to the sunny open areas. The buildings of the primary school, gymnasium with swimming-pool as well as
children's day-care center are planned as separate, independent two-storey structures. The open spaces are characterised by a simple and reduced design. The access area and passage to the park define a closed area that slides under the primary school like a carpet.

The five-tract primary school is structured in readable clusters as a two-storey building with a front arcade on the upper floor. On the ground floor, the school building is organised in a comb structure, while on the upper floor the five independent class clusters are connected by a weather-protected arcade.

Four courtyards provide light to the classrooms on the ground floor creating a visual link between the different levels and clusters. The administration and teachers‘ area is located in close proximity to the site access to ensure an overview of the pupils' comings and goings. The clear uniform floor plan structure allows for ease of construction and sustainable versatility of use of the spaces.
